Rose Lettings is celebrating 7 years in business, but who are they? Rose Lettings is a local independent agent specialising in Residential Lettings & Property Management within the Spalding and surrounding areas. Tina has over 15 years of experience and has expanded by taking on Amy, who brings over 10 years of property experience therefore, together they have over 25 years of combined experience in property.
Rose Lettings was formed in May 2016 and is going from strength to strength.

What I think makes Rose Lettings stand out from other agents is that I personally have my own portfolio of properties and therefore understand how landlords would like to be looked after. This scheme ensures Landlords are compensated if the Letting Agent cannot repay their money, for example, if your Lettings Agent goes into administration. Please make sure your current Agent is compliant! Those who are not members are now trading illegally and face a fine.
